We desire for all of our guests to have a satisfactory shopping experience and hope that every customer is thrilled with their purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Vintage Furniture:
Most items sold at Saturday Generation are vintage, unless explicitly stated otherwise. As such, it's important to note that these pieces may exhibit signs of wear and age. Even items described as being in excellent vintage condition may have minor imperfections consistent with their age.

Condition Inquiries:
If you have any questions or concerns regarding the condition of a particular piece, we encourage you to reach out to us before making a purchase. We're more than happy to provide additional photos and details to ensure you're fully informed about the item's condition.

Warranty:
Please be aware that Saturday Generation neither assumes nor offers any warranty on any vintage, or refinished/reupholstered items. All items are sold “as is” in their current condition.

Return Policy for New Items:
For new items that haven't been opened or used, we offer a 14-day return window. If you wish to return a new item within this timeframe, please contact us to initiate the return process. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge any restocking fees for returns of new items.

How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact info@saturdaygeneration.com within the specified return window. We will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item.

Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow for a reasonable processing time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Exclusions:
Please note that certain items may be excluded from our return policy due to their nature or condition. Any such exclusions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
