Shipping policy
Shipping & Handling for small and medium sized goods:
For items that are eligible for shipping via USPS, UPS or FedEx, the shipping fees will be added at checkout, and are based on your location and selected delivery speed. After a purchase, items will be packed and mailed within 2-3 business days of payment. Items will be insured through the carrier.
Please understand that delays in shipments via USPS, FedEx or UPS are not the fault of Saturday Generation. If needed, we can assist with expedited delivery. Items returned to us due to incorrect delivery addresses will be re-charged another shipping fee in order to re-ship. Items that are lost in the mail or stolen following delivery are not the responsibility of Saturday Generation, nor can we be held liable for replacing the item. We can assist in filing a claim with the carrier if needed. Customers are responsible for any insurance fees and/or deductibles involved with any insurance claims.
Shipping & Handling for furniture and larger items:
Saturday Generation provides shipping and delivery services locally in the Tucson area and throughout the US. For furniture and larger item purchases, the shipping fees will be invoiced separately, and are not included in the purchase price. Saturday Generation contracts Third Party Delivery Providers for delivery services. Delivery time within the contiguous states can vary from 10 business days to up to 4 weeks.
By completing a purchase through Saturday Generation you acknowledge that responsibility of your purchase transfers to the Third Party delivery provider of your choice at the time of pickup. Items left over 30 Calendar days will become the property of Saturday Generation, with no credits or refunds issued. Customers take responsibility for item condition at the point of pick-up.
Local Pickup:
Goods purchased locally can be picked up from our showroom and must be picked up within 7 days of the sale. Pick up hours are Tuesday - Friday, 11am - 6pm and Saturday/Sunday, 10am - 6pm. Purchased items left over 30 calendar days will become the property of Saturday Generation, with no credits or refunds issued. Customers take responsibility for item condition at the point of pick-up
